Track your goals and successes and use logic and reason to assign a dollar value to your achievements. I.E. “I researched time management software that I implemented for my staff that enabled us to generate 28% more lines of code that resulted in $1.5M in additional revenue for the company.”
Run your own business as soon as you can. Hire people to do the work for you. Work on your business, not in your business. After the business is successful and running on autopilot, start a new business and repeat your success.
